2006 Traders Point church of Christ Vacation Bible School:

'Bound for the Artic Challenge'

With the heat of summer upon us, all are expected to welcome the change in climate offered by this year's VBS at Traders Point.  'Bound for the Artic Challenge' is the theme being used for classes taught July 17-21.  Classes will be offered for all ages beginning with 2 years to adult.  Traders Point evangelist, Brian Anderson, will be teaching the adult class and encouraging the young people in song.  The classes will be centered on challenges that God's people face and how they meet those challenges with God's help and direction.  The titles of each day's lesson and related Bible text to be covered are as follows:

Mon    Pulling in the same direction ~ victory at Jericho (Joshua 5-6)

 Tue    Carry your load ~ defeat at AI (Joshua 7)   

 Wed   Care for each other ~ story of devotion (Ruth 1-2)

 Thu   Step to the front of the pack ~ Gideon leads his people (Judges 6-7)

 Fri     Trust in the Master ~ Israel under attack (I Samuel 7)

       Classes are conducted by very capable Bible teachers and are held from 10 am to 11:30 am each day.   Please plan on joining us for this exciting study of God's word.
