Traders Point Fall Gospel meeting with Jim Jonas

Our Fall Gospel meeting is drawing near and we are all looking forward to hearing Jim Jonas of Atlanta, Georgia, many for the first time.  A new format is being tried for this meeting with a weekend series being used.  Hopefully, several meetings can be arranged throughout the year instead of only the traditional two being held in May and November.   The Friday lesson on Gay Marriage will be presented at 7pm while the Saturday sermon will be taught at 5pm on the subject of Divorce.

Jim has preached for twenty-six years in Georgia, Florida, Alabama and Ohio and as far away as London, England.  He is currently preaching at the Embry Hills congregation in Atlanta. Jim and his wife, Melanie, have been married 24 years and have four children ranging from ages 13-22; Lauren (22), Marissa (18), Kaitlin (16) and Andrew (13).   

We hope to have a large number of visitors to hear important lessons on the family, as God would desire it to be.  The lesson topics and times are listed below.

        Sunday Bible class    ~ Living Single                                            9am
        Sunday AM worship ~ The family as God would have it         10am
        Sunday PM worship ~ The family - choices made and use of time     6pm
        
Each lesson will be available after the meeting on audio cassette or CD.  Forms are available in the foyer for these requests.
